This interactive half day session will raise employees awareness of bullying in the workplace and within our community. This important topic will address the following:

How to identify characteristics and behaviours of a bully;

Communication strategies;

Defining a respectful and disrespectful environment; and

Best practices on how to prevent or respond to conflict.
