To work with the leaders to ensure they understand Emotional Intelligence as it relates to Leadership and to identify specific areas in their own emotional intelligence that they wish to develop, in context with the broader foundations of their specific work environment, the current stresses of their (newly) remote team and the unsettling nature of the COVID-19, and post COVID-19 landscape.  To provide an opportunity for individualized Leadership action planning to further develop facets of emotional intelligence for effective leadership.

Webinar Outcomes:

  • Understand the role of emotional intelligence in effective leadership
  • Provide an opportunity for individual exploration and action planning to further develop facets of emotional intelligence in Leadership development in the context of COVID-19 and the changing landscape of our workplaces

  • Understand the key elements of the EQ-i 2.0 Leadership Report, Optional*

  • Articulate strengths, triggers, and areas with opportunity for growth

  • Discuss and explore the EQ-i 2.0 in relationship to areas of leadership potential

  • Identify and understand how aspects of emotional intelligence lead to conflict, derailing behaviors, and ideally, solutions and results

  • Apply what they have learned in the session by developing a leadership EQ-i 2.0 learning plan
